Prior to becoming an attorney, I experienced sexual harassment and I was terminated for being stalked in the workplace – something that impacted my life forever!
These experiences set off the alarm for me that employees need workplace protections and to have a legal advocate on their side that is unconventional, passionate and determined and willing to pursue “Moore Justice” for their clients – that is me!
I had the honor of uniting with renowned civil rights and employment attorney Dawn V. Martin in her efforts pursuing “Moore Justice” for women stalked in the workplace with her case Martin v. Howard University. I am presently pursuing legislative reforms that will protect employees from having to make the Hobson’s choice of choosing between their personal safety and their livelihood.
